This very full polka-dot skirt is a DREAM! Since it's black and white it is perfectly paired with pastel items as it contrasts so well.
Made of 100% cotton with an elastic waistband and handmade white ruffles at the hem. Very full on it's own, but it is recommend to wear a petticoat underneath.
